How far away are the white walkers from the wall? Since we saw nothing on Jon last week I'm wondering if this week they will spend some time on that storyline.

I'm not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong but we haven't seen the WW since the season 2 finale right? I'm not sure what they are waiting on. Winter maybe?
As far as the Dragons, I think they still have a bit to grow don't they? The shadow over King's Landing was a full grown dragon so there could still be a year or two left before Danny and Co. make it to Westerros.

I don't think he did it...but that thing he told Cersei, and the fact that the poisoning could well be perceived as his "revenge" on Joffrey humiliating him at the wedding, definitely wouldn't make him look good.
Certainly it'd be ridiculous to think Tyrion could have poisoned Joffrey minutes after the humiliation...not that others wouldn't use it as a reason to scapegoat him, but anyway.
I was kind of hoping Joffrey would be slowly tortured and then killed...perhaps after 1000 arse rapings by the walkers. Oh well. At least he's dead.
