I was pretty disapointed by this scene. If she isn't going to be fricking moonboy they need to start show Jamie being more independent. I guess they will tackle that next season

We need a petition to bring Moonboy into the show.

Honestly, I think Dany will still be the least. The Unsullied, as good as they are, won't really be able to stand up to knights.
Her name is not as positive of a thing as you'd imagine. Remember, Aegon is in Westeros, and is supposedly Rhaegar's son. Dany on the other hand is the Mad King's daughter, and to an outsider will look like a chip off the old block. She's brutally sacked 3 cities, she was the Queen of a bunch of Barbarians, she commands tens of thousands who are all outsiders and eunuchs and slaves (which is much more mouths to feed for a brutal winter), and she'll have the ultimate monster in the Seven Kingdoms at her side being the Imp.
I think that by the time Dany reaches Westeros, Aegon will have already taken King's Landing and all of the South and Sansa will rule the North (in name at least). With Queen Cersei disposed of, everyone will think that peace has finally come and that Lady Sansa and Lord Littlefinger will voluntarily join the Kingdoms again. But here comes Dany and can only frick it up and make things worse. Her resume when getting there will make Cersei look like a saint, and I really think that every single house in Westeros will be against her.
The dragons are Dany's only real advantage, but even they are a double edged sword in getting the people to simply fear and not love her. And the dragons still won't be all that big, not anywhere close to Balerion and are still able to be killed at the size they will be. I also expect her to lose a significant portion of her army trying to reach Westeros, and she'll figured she's screwed.
However I do think that fate will provide an alternative for Dany to win: there have been ravens sent to all the Castles of the Seven Kingdoms. I think Dany makes it to Dragonstone at the end of WoW and finds it mostly abandoned, and she uses it to let her, her people, and dragons to recover from the long brutal journey before setting out on her mission to take on King's Landing, only to find that Aegon has already taken it and a wife (maybe even 2). However a raven arrives from Jon Snow, telling them that the Wall has fallen, the Others have returned, and to bring all troops North to defend the realm. Tyrion will realize that if this is true, it's the only way for Dany to win the realm: by saving it. He knows that both LF and Varys will hide behind their Walls at King's Landing and Winterfell and let the small folk perish, but he urges Dany to seize the opportunity and save the Realm using her dragons. Book ends with maybe an Epilogue.

I feel like he has been in there, but not really explicitly stated that it is him. Maybe not though

Gotta find something new to jot down in the History Book on Kingsguard.

Really enjoyed writing this sentence, currently balls deep in QueenPie.

From a Narrative Standpoint, I agree. Honestly Dany, Jon, Sansa, Margeary, Cersei, and Aegon are mostly irrelevant to the outcome of this war. While the last war was called "The War of the Five Kings", I think this war will largely be nicknamed "The War of the Three Hands" (although the War of Winter is the more likely name). It all comes down to Littlefinger's, Varys', and Tyrion's actions and how they move the pieces across the board. LF will obviously be Sansa's Hand, Varys will be Aegon's when he removes Connington from the equation, and Tyrion will be Dany's, but I think he'll also become Jon's and eventually Sansa's and the Lannister's forces. Tyrion will be the glue that holds their version of "The Last Alliance" and be its grand orchestrator.

You think Aegon claims the throne from Tommen?

I could definitely see Tyrion telling her to head North.

I actually think it will be a great deal more tragic than that. I think that Myrcella is going to die really early on in WoW by an agent of Varys or LF in order to make Cersei even more psychotic and (if Varys) force the Dornish with Aegon. Jaime will hear of this and Aegon coming back to Westeros, and knows that it's only a matter of time in the hands of his mother that Tommen will die. Jaime will treat with Aegon and offer his services and a near painless acquisition of the Westerlands as long as Tommen is spared and legitimized as a Lannister and Lord of Casterly Rock. He makes the point of not wanting more child murder in the Sack of King's Landing that supposedly killed him, and Aegon will agree to it.
Aegon's army arrives at the gates of King's Landing, and Varys smuggles out numerous people he plans to use for Aegon (including Margeary), but Varys couldn't get to Tommen due to Robert Strong (and Varys is full of shite here since he still fully plans on Tommen dying regardless of Aegon's deal). Jaime realizes that he himself must enter the Red Keep and save Tommen from Cersei, but the Faith Militant and Tyrell Men open up the gates to King's Landing. Jaime sadly makes it in time to see Tommen's final breath as Cersei has just finished poisoning him. To rub salt in the wounds in Cersei's death, he tells her that he secured Tommen's reign of Casterly Rock and that Aegon would have spared him, and then chokes her in a blind rage.

He's already got the Golden Company, he'll have the Dornishmen in his pocket (especially when Myrcella dies), and I think he'll first save the Reach and Oldtown from the Crow's Eye, to where all the major houses but the Tyrells and perhaps Redwynes join with him, and even they have made under the table deals with Aegon, but can't openly declare until they can make sure members of their family are secure from Cersei's wrath. A bit Crackpot here, but I think Margeary may be in for a 4th marriage with Aegon, with him taking on two wives, the other being Arianne.

We should have a competition about who ends up on the iron throne.
