1. DoFP
2. X2
**I'd have Deadpool here, though I don't consider it an X-Men movie per say**
3. First Class

4. X-Men
5. Apocalypse
6. The Wolverine

7. The Last Stand
8. Origins

I like DoFP, but do people really think it is a better movie than First Class? I thought First Class had the most serious narrative chops of the entire X-Men franchise.

The movie really nails the original of Magneto and why isn't a simple villain. The friendship, rivalry, and eventual betrayal between Xavier and Magneto are absolutely top notch.

DoFP is probably top 3, but I don't see how it ranks above First Class.

If it had just been about Charlies and Erik, that movie would have not just been a great comic book movie, it would be up there with great movies in general. I really feel like First Class dragged badly in the parts without those two on the screen. It should have been about those two men and how their different ideologies affect their lives and the paths they take.

The stuff with Beast, Havok, Darwin, Mystique was all forced and disjarring from the rest of the movie.

The Mystique and Beast storyline and how each thought about looking different was a great part of the movie.

fricking hos ain't got no loyalty though.

I also thought Mystique was well utilized in Days of Future Past. It was more Xavier vs Magneto vs Mystique vs Man. Thought it was solid, and I love it when there are multiple sides to a war instead of just good vs evil. Probably the X-Men movie that is the most morally relative, since I can simpathize with all sides.

But is anyone else going to see Apocalypse tonight? I'm excited despite the reviews.

Only thing that actually concerns me is Mystique leading the X-Men.

I thought X men 2 was shitty, the way they died Jean couldn't hold back the water from INSIDE of the black bird? OR better yet, Jean couldn't hold it back from the black bird Ramp and they take off with her?

That was the most asinine way to die like... EVER.

For me the best X-men movie was Days of the Future Past. It let us look at the very real consequences of what happen if Mutant Kind went to War with humanity. Glad to see humanity kicked arse.

I liked First Class second.

Last Stand is all the way at the bottom.
