Scrubs did have a good soundtrack. Turk playing Erasure in the OR, Collin Hay, and of course the title theme. Several songs from the show on my phone.

I tried to watch Scrubs a while back and I couldn't get through the original. Not sure why I'd be excited for a revival of it.

ETA: I absolutely loved the original Scrubs. I'm just not sure about this though. As was mentioned earlier, revivals like this rarely work. Hell, I didn't even like that weird kind of Scrubs medical school spinoff season. Plus, I don't think a lot of the original Scrubs' humor would fly today.

King of the Hill just looks odd and different

Did you watch it? Ill admit i wasnt and largely still not onboard with the animation style but the writing stayed true and to be honest an imperfect king of the hill is better than no king of the hill.

Someone at work recently told me that I am the result of Dr. Cox and J.D. entering The Fly's teleporter at the same time.

I'll take it.

Bump since we're getting closer to the revival.

I've been doing a rewatch and, yeah, I'm not sure they could have as many gay, black, or sexist jokes as they did back during the original run.

None of the jokes are malicious or anything and were well done, but society is so different these days with people taking everything far too literally.

Has one of these "revival" (aka money grab) tv series ever been any good?

I'd argue that KOTH is one of the ones that truly got it right.
