Im torn and will probably wait to see if I want to go to the theaters at all.

Star Wars certainly hurt its brand but Covid killed the theater experience in general. This movie would haver topped a billion 6 years ago. No one goes to theaters anymore because they all bought big arse TVs at the house and they already have streaming stuff for 10 services. It takes a special movie to get people to show up to the theaters anymore.

Yep, im sure id really enjoy Project Hail Mary in theaters but i haven't taken the time to go. Ill enjoy it in a few months at my house.

I think this movie will be really good. The 18 minutes people have seen were good. Favreau seems very excited for people to finally see it and said he wants it to bring in a new generation of fans. Im not betting against that guy.

I doubt the box office numbers are anything staggering though.

I hope it crushes, is phenomenal, and proves us all wrong Nothing would make me happier than Star Wars getting back on track

100% agree. And this trailer was good.

Maybe we're back question

I’ll watch it when it comes out on D+. Shouldn’t take long.

If you have the cheap version of Disney+ it will take about 5 hours to watch with all the commercials.

I don't have much question on if this movie will be good, but my question is how good. I think word of mouth will have to drive this to being a mega success, but if it's just a fun adventure movie, which I would be fine with, I don't think it will be very successful.

Trailer was solid. I really like to see that the monsters have that "puppet" feel.
