Wait that's all the movies you like? That's not too many. You don't really like movies.

These are all movies that I could immediately think of that I gave a 4/5, a 5/5, or the rare 6* (only like 3 or 4 of those). All I would consider "very good" or better. There are many more on that list that I couldn't think of at the moment. Just realized I forgot some Lynch, Aronofsky, and Boyle movies, for example.

Fan of "The City of Lost Children"? Or "Dark City"?

Haven't seen the former, enjoyed the latter. Dark City is definitely a SEC Clint movie it didn't age too well though

lol yeah, I am a fan of dystopian films. Can find time for even some of what are considered the worst.

Wish that Philip K. Dick would have lived longer and put out more stories that could have been adapted well.

one of the rare 6* for me, can't believe I forgot it.

All the rest are great as well. Haven't seen Harakiri, Drunken Angel, or Diving Bell, though

Didn't you say once that you like V for Vendetta? Cause I remember thinking "wow, there's a movie that Carson likes that I think is a pile of crap". Mostly we do have very similar tastes, though.

As much as people like to make fun of you for hating everything, you just have a very particular taste and high standard. I probably respect your opinion more than most around here. If you say something is good then in my experience it's always been very high quality and worth watching. Most people have some crappy movies that they like for whatever peculiar reason. Nostalgia, whatever. You don't seem to really frick around with that shite. Just about all the movies on your list are true classics.

Or maybe your taste just happens to match up with mine. I can be kind of a snob sometimes too.

The Sandlot. The fricking Sandlot. If you don't acknowledge its greatness then I'll disown you.

A lot of those are not exactly popular movies though.
