Is it a twist ending or just a great movie ending?

Well, it's a complete mindfrick. I don't know how anyone could not know the end of this movie from how much it's been referenced in pop culture.

Toy Story 3 is pretty damn high up there. Some others of note:

The Sixth Sense
The Empire Strikes Back
Dr. Strangelove
City Lights
Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail

Requiem for a Dream. Those last 20 minutes are untouchable...although it's probably the most disturbing/uncomfortable 20 minutes in cinema history.

Although not a twist, I loved Good Will Hunting.

I also love Good Will Hunting: "I had to see about a girl"

Also, not sure how Last of the Mohicans hasn't come up. That final chase scene and ending is epic. Fvck you Magwa.

The Prestige for the twist ending that made me want to watch it again.

Cutter's monologue with the series of shots in the final scene was just icing on the cake.
