Caught a movie a while ago on late night HBO. It had Natasha Henstridge in it so I stopped. It was called "A Better Way to Die" and it was a decent little action movie. Caught it a few times after that

Lunopolis- Its on netflix..filmed in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas... Wasn't the best but it was pretty good considering what they had to work with wasn't much.

Well the Websters definition is "a cheaply produced motion picture" but that's a shitty definition IMO

In that case, I'll pick Clerks.

Don't know if you would consider this, but Grandma's Boy. Had a very limited release and was made on the cheap with all of the "other" people in Sandlers movies.

I'm a big fan of Empire Records. It has the same kind of feel as Dazed and Confused, just not nearly as good. Perhaps that's just because Rory Cochrane (Slater) is in it along with an all-star cast of future stars.

A couple more additions to the B-list movie debate:

Wow I feel like an idiot. Dazed and Confused is one of my favorite movies ever and I JUST realized that it was Rory Cochrane in both movies

And yeah I thought it was a really fun movie in the same format as Dazed and Confused. Its basically the 90s version of D&C even though they were both made in the 90s. I think the closest thing there is to that type of movie for the 00s decade might be Project X

Im also a sucker for coming-of-age movies and movies that are told over one day for some reason

Probably something from the early 90's with Shannon Tweed.
