Did Lester knowingly send her in there to die?
Obviously... He even made her wear his orange jacket so he wouldn't initially know that it was her and not him.

With Fargo I have no fricking clue what's gonna happen
I was thinking the same thing last night. I have no idea what is going to happen. It is very rare to find a show that can keep you on edge from start to finish.

I think Fargo has been as good as anything on TV this year.

"I haven't had a piece of pie like that since the Garden of Eden." Malvo is Satan.
I believe this after this statement...
Great show, gonna hate to see it end. And however it ends next season is gonna have a tough act to follow.

I don't see how you can't bring BBT back if he survives

Its supposed to be completely opposite... Like American Horror Story. Each season is independent of the other, although as good as this is, I wish they would continue on. Malvo is the perfect character

I know, but BBT is way over and I can't see anyone else coming close to Malvo. And knowing the viewing audience, they will be screaming for BBT to comeback. It's that catch lighting in a bottle thing.

We might not get Malvo, but American Horror Story keeps the same core of actors each year, hopefully we'll still get Billy Bob just as a new character.

They could recast him in a different role... AHS recasts almost all of the same actors.

I just noticed in the elevator scene from that gif that Malvo winks at Lester right before he finishes the deed...dude is ruthless. Sorta like "I know this is what you really wanted Lester."

I think that Lester is now addicted to the rush of getting away with the unthinkable. It's why he poked the tiger and pushed his way onto that elevator. His first chance meeting with Malvo resulted in his life taking a huge turn for the better. He's greedy and he wants more.

I love all the sneaky little parallels and analogies that pay homage to the 1996 movie.
Lester vainly trying to push insurance on young couple - Jerry Lundergaard trying to sell couple a car
Molly in a maternity police uniform - Marge Gunderson
Gus working for the post office - Norm Gunderson painted wildlife for stamps
Lou's Coffee Shop - Lou was Marge's Deputy
Molly to Gus: 'We're doing pretty good" Marge: 'Heck you know Norm we're doin pretty good'
Mr Numbers and Mr Wrench - Carl Showalter and Graer Grimsrud
Linda Park - Mike Yamagita
Among many others
And the biggest one - When the young Stavros Milos finds the briefcase full of money hidden under
the red shovel that he sees in the snow (ostensibly hidden by Carl Showalter in the movie :)
I know there are more....

I love this show- it's the best on tv right now.

Best line from last night was just after Malvo shot the 3 people in the elevator.
"That's on you."
"That's on you."

This show is the most entertaining show on TV right now. FX just continues to pump out greatness. I'm ready for the finale.

I'm assuming Malvo was the one that tipped off the Vegas police on the elevator murder pretending he was Lester?

With AMC totally choking away having two of the best shows ever on at the same time, FX has firmly moved into the number 2 spot for TV now behind HBO.
