It's funny but the characters do become a bit insufferable much in the same way the characters on Sex and the City became over time.

It’s just a fun show. Cool cars, hot chicks, good music, cheap laughs, etc. I wouldn’t think too hard about it. Just enjoy the ride until it’s gets stale for you then quit watching.

I loved Entourage because every Sunday night i would just sit back with my GF(now wife), grab some popcorn and a beer, and not have to think for 22 minutes.
It was a fun ride, nothing more, nothing less.
