The Rocketman film will have to go some to do a better job than this commercial.

ETA: The "Making Of" video for the commercial. YouTube

Is that a commercial for a piano company? I'm guessing John Lewis is the piano company?

Since hobotiger explained it so well, I can confirm that he is right and it is a high end department store in the UK.

I love that old queen!

Elton John is awesome and we are blessed to have him still around. The greats will soon be gone and we will be left with the musical trash we have before us today.

Yes. That's why I don't like that Snickers commercial. I'd rather Elton than who he turns into after he eats the Snickers.

Man, those iconic images of him that they recreated for the commercial. So damn good.

He was so huge in the 70's. I wore out my 8-Track of Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy. His best album ever, even though it only had one hit single.

That's definitely a good one although I prefer Madman across the water because of the title track and Levon.
