I thought the ball flick was funny, along with the interaction with the maid. That was funny.
The whole Stevie and cannon thing was pretty awful. Not sure how anyone who has enjoyed this show think that was something funny? To each his own though

I think those scenes being improv is a great reason To explain the horribleness of it all.
Saying stupid, incoherent, irrelevant stuff that doesnt pertain to the scene doesn't make good improv

The latest episode had several LOL moments. The baby in the backpack with some lettuce slayed me. The entire dinner scene was hilarious.
I can see how it may not be for everybody but to say it isn't funny or especially say its the worst show on TV is just dumb.

Beavis and Butthead is a way better show than Eastbound and Down. That said, if we are talking worst show I am going to take a CBS crime procedural or CBS sitcom over all of those three that you listed.
