Full weekend numbers not in yet, right? Or is that a standard projection.

Should fair better down the line than Snow White. Hopefully.

It was very good. I wasn’t anticipating a Marvel movie to resonate beyond some humor and action scenes. This one had depth and substance. It was relative to our world in a meaningful way. I want to spend time with the AvengerZ

Everybody itt seems to enjoy the movie and wants to talk about it and all you're concerned with is being the miserable frick trying to shite on it all.

Meant 'beat' , which is significant because that movie cost so much and we were told by one of the actors that it would literally 'save lives', it was so important & impactful. Which was always overhyped rubbish.

I'm not keeping anyone from talking about or going to see the movie.

Projection was $75-77 million, domestic.
Updates are now below $75mil.
Brave New World opened at $88 for the three day weekend.

The people who are seeing it are liking it. Seems like that should be more important to non-shareholders.

We appreciate you passing along that fake accounting, though. Landed at $76 million domestic.

What do they mean by "it may take more of an SC path going forward"?

The irony of… Studios appropriating IPs that they deem profitable, and then wrecking them to insert messaging for a modern audience only to lose 10’s to 100’s of millions of dollars?

The irony of fans who grew up with these things, and spent money for decades, only to watch them be trashed by tone deaf clowns?

Sure.

After seeing how good Pullman was as Sentry, I still cannot believe Marvel’s first choice for this role was Steven Yeun

I just got home from seeing it. I thought it was great. It was complete and tied the story to previous and future films very well. Yelena was not overpowering as the strong female lead. I felt she was very similar to Scarlett Johansson playing Black Widow. Don’t know if this is a spoiler thread so I’ll stop.
