It's my favorite movie of all time and I can't wait for the sequel for nostalgia value alone. I too used to think it was Billy Enforcy until I read some cast notes one day that said 4 C.

No, I agree with you. I remember when I found this out a while back, I was shocked. He definitely says it as "Billy Enforcie." No doubt.

No he doesn't. you guys just heard it wrong. I've seen this movie at least 2,000 times. Maybe more.
