Wow, I feel like the dumbest man alive.
My entire life, I thought the guy's name was Enforcie. Billy enforcie. Not Billy, in 4 C. Whenever they talk about him in D&D they say it so quickly, there's no pause between in..4..C nor is there really any special enunciation.

Think about it though, when they pronounce it they say it quickly as if it's one word, and they don't inflect on the 4. I mean I admitted it was stupid as hell and I'm embarrassed about it, but I mean at least I can kinda rationalize it.
