Disney Now App on Firestick not showing all episodes of shows.

Anyone else experience this? Every now and then when I log in to the Disney now app I will only have access to 4 or 5 episodes of a particular show when I usually have access to the entire season or seasons.
We have direct tv and eatel logins and both do this from time to time.

Disney + on the Firestick was horrible for us until we unplugged the router/modem and did a reboot, everything has been fine since.
