I loved the Mission Impossible run he had. But, unless the "reveal" is Digger turning into Agent Ethan Hunt and fighting an imaginary space alien AI with a giant machete laced with a nerve gas capable of wiping out humanity, I'm in.
I look forward to Cruise showing a different flavor of acting.

Wasn't really interested in movie but I agree it could be funny if done right. Doubtful.
