Differences between Masters of Sex and the Real life story

I was curious to see how accurately Masters of Sex captures the real life story, so I'm reading a biography of Masters and Johnson.
There is one really big difference that I've come across so far...I'm about halfway through the book.
In real life Virginia Johnson was completely unaware of Bill Master's low fertility problem. In fact, his kids, produced by capping as depicted on the show, were conceived 6 years before Masters and Johnson ever met.
So there is truth to the story behind his low fertility, but Virginia did not know about it.
Also, he was never arrested for using prostitutes in his study. Just the opposite...he had arranged for the police chief as well as religious and political leaders to secretely support his project before he ever began it. It was all on the up and up. The police agreed not to conduct any raids while he was working.
Masters was not quite the douchebag the show depicts him as either.

I'll give you an answer but it might be spoilers for the future
They get married so obviously

More than that. They got married for decades. Masters then divorced her for an old flame.
I haven't even gotten to that part of the book yet.

Came across another big difference.
Virginia never had an affair with a young Jewish doctor.
Instead she almost married a Jewish judge who was 20 years older than her.
He was hesitant because he didn't want to endanger his political career by marrying a divorcee shiksa with 2 kids.
