Clancy Brown’s voice is intimidating and he has those deep set eyes that looked creepy with the dark makeup around them. I don’t know what intimidating characteristics Bautista has other than being a big guy. In Spectre he was imposing because he was huge and didn’t speak but I don’t think you can do that as the Kurgen. That character taunts and plays mind games as well as being physically intimidating.

Or...they could not remake this and make something original.

Nothing they do will surpass the original. It was a different time and a different societal paradigm when movies like this were a rarity. Now, supernatural stuff makes up like 75% of movie releases.

Wears a cattle nose ring. He always seems like he is over compensating and will eventually come out gay, queer, or maybe a +.
Know many 56 year olds that has been married three times come out as gay?

I have only liked him as one character, and that Marvel character didn’t require him to act to play dumb.
He was great in both Dune movies. Also very good in his short role in Blade Runner 2049.
Dude was a wrestler, he's not going to have a hard time bulking up for this.

He was fantastic in this small part. Wish we would have gotten more screen time with the character, but that movie was outstanding as well.

He was really good in the cabin movie too. I think he can pull it off and I trust Cavill in everything he does. He's like the ultimate nerd and will quit a role if they're not sticking to source material

Cavill’s dedication to sword training and Stahelski (John Wick director) directing has sent my expectations for the fight scenes through the roof.

The guy that played Tormund in GOT would have been great
