people should demand a refund. as far as i can tell, people are saying there is no price on the guide, yet there are charges on the bill. we'll see....

The 12.99 doesnt bother me, but now I have to sign up for easy pay and cancel paper billing to avoid the wife seeing it.

FWIW, I just called and they removed the 2 charges without incident. It took about 10 minutes of holding on the other line, but that was it. I didn't even get a snicker from the customer service rep

If the movies were a little bit better, it would have been worth the 10 minute hold, but both of the movies I saw were pretty mediocre. Definitely better stuff out there on the Internet.
I don't think many people have noticed it yet since I was the first person who had called that specific person though. I am sure it will be much worse once the billing cycle ends in about a week.

Yep. She talked to her supervisor and came back 5 minutes later and said that it was a mistake on their end. In other words, their should have been prices. I was the first person who called her about it, but obviously the supervisor had already heard a few complaints. I bet every customer service rep will have heard about it 10 times by the end of the weekend.

I bet their lines started blowing up sometime yesterday, and it will only get worse by the end of the week when people start checking their bills online. You got the refund though, right?
