I took the Red Troopers as just Imperial guard. The best of the best of the best Storm Troopers. Maybe genetically engineered. But basically like ultimate special forces, secret service dudes.
if they were the turned jedi students, they would have used actual light sabers and been more loyal to kylo instead of snoke.
i think the Knights of Ren are his jedi school buddies. Too bad we never get to see these dudes. You think they would at least show up in the star killer base cafeteria or show up to Kylo's for a poker game once in a while.

Who knows. Like every other character in the movie they had a bunch of cool potential but were instead wasted as they were throw away plot devices with no explanation and no backstory because Rian Johnson is a lazy shitty filmmaker.

Well what the frick happened to all the Jedi Kylo turned from the temple and got to leave with him?

I'd have to assume with Rain's agenda, they are on strike from the First Order for not having gender fluid bathrooms on Star Killer Base and are banging each other in their down time.

Yesterday I liked the movie. Around the drive to baton Rouge today listening to radio Disney and getting upset about slow drivers, it all hit me.
This movie ruined star wars. The prequels added questions this just took away.
They should have finished the saga better than this.

PS: The way I envisioned Chewie being able to run up on Kylo was after he tosses Rey aside, he then enters her mind thus distracting him:
(Kylo force tosses Rey aside , force grabs the saber from her, and then ALL Sound goes Mute)
Kylo staring at Rey(mental telepathy style): "I know you, but who are you?"
(audience sees Chewie with bloodshot eyes over Kylo's shoulder bearing down on him from behind)
KOTAR
So maybe even Kylo tries to force stop him and it doesn't work.

I always wanted too see Chewbacca fight. I'm surprised him and Kylo don't have any bond.

One of the problems with TFA was that Kylo and Chewie didn't have a bond. They would have been around each other all the time up until the time Kylo leaves to train with Luke.
