Right but, he was pretty brokenhearted after getting Friend Zoned by Kumiko.
Also noticed when looking through the cast.

Did she have some kind of surgery for a cleft palate, etc? Her upper lip looked weird in this final part.

Yes. Excellent. I thought after that scene that we’ve been robbed for 35 years not seeing Zabka in more movies. He’s a legit great actor. That scene was incredible.
And seeing Kreese with a redemption arc was good too.

You guys can point out the flaws all you want. This series was a perfect, fun ride, all the way until the end. I think it ended flawlessly and this series will forever be one of my favorites.

Yep perfect ending to a great show that knocked the nostalgia out of the park. Really happy this series was made. It delivered. Great rewatchability too. The song choices this season were incredible.

Cobra Kai never dies.

Finished it last night. It was great and a real nostalgic ride. William Zabka was the best in the series, hands down.

Really don't know if I ma crazy but I think this was one of the best finales of a show ever. Its up there with Six Feet Under.

First of all.... I loved the ending. I also grew up on Karate Kid, started when it was in theaters.
Corny, yes, predictable, yes, but it was awesome.
I've purposely stayed away from watching Karate Kid I again over the last few years so that I could see where Cobra Kai ended. Now I can't wait to watch it again knowing the full arcs of the characters. It will be weird knowing that Johnny becomes my favorite character in the whole saga.

The series had good closure and didn’t really leave any holes at the end. Was very cool that they made this.
