Princess Shireen in GOT. She doesn’t die in the novels. Stupid writers did it for shock value and pissed off a lot of people.

Steven seagal dying early on in executive decision. TBH, I wasn’t pissed, but when I first saw it Steven was a big name in movies. I remember thinking, he has to have a back up parachute or something on. He didn’t, he dead.

Got what he deserved. Hell, he deserved to be hung for the way he treated Lorena.

He at least took it like a man and kicked his own horse.

Same here with 2 socks in dances with wolves. I would throw his horse, Sisco, in there too. Damn good horse. Hated to see him go out like that.

Sergeant Stryker in the Sands of Iwo Jima.

Also, while I know it is historically accurate, Captain Ack Ack Haldine dying in The Pacific pissed me off.

ut I thought it was cheap in who did it and where. It was one of the very few issues I had with the show. I’d much preferred it been Michael, Chris, Snoop, Hell even someone legitimately tied to someone he had killed up to that point.

I understand your point, but remember Omar had a huge price on his head and at that point he had no allies and no help. Yes the shooting was dramatic, but Omar was more likely to be killed by a no-name hood shooter in a drive-by than by anyone significant to the Wire storyline. Some people say having a kid kill him lessened his legend, but I think it was one of the more poignant moments in the show.

No one who lives that life gets to be a hero, and the heroic, brave send-off is mainly a hollywood troupe.

We don't know if she'll die in the books or not.

I know the actor was a douche and wanted off the show, but it was anticlimactic. Eko should have made it through to the final season.

Such a stupid decision to get rid of him.

Such a stupid decision to waste Mahershala on Luke Cage to begin with. He should be in the main films as a main character.

I know some people say he quit, but they had just fired 2 chicks for getting DWIs so they had to fire him too even though he was able to get his 2 DWIs in the same night fixed. I'll always believe he was given the option to leave instead of being fired and he took it.

The studio's hands were tied since they had just fired the 2 chicks for DWI. Actually made for a good episode though. I wonder what Michael's character arc would have looked like if Anna Lucia and Libby had taken a taxi home.

For me it was Carl Weathers in Predator. I know it was Arnolds movie but it always irked me he didn't survive til the end, and especially hated how he died considering the Predator wasn't bulletproof

Definitely Wallace and Omar on The Wire. I’d also throw in Prop Joe from The Wire.

Cheese got what he fricking deserved.
