You got me, a two feet across shield will forever keep Tony's weapons from ever hitting him. What happens when Tony shoots at his head and his leg at the same time?
Like I said, cap needs spider sense to even have a chance, and even that wouldn't overcome Tony's tech in this movie world.

In winter soldier when capt and black widow went into the computer archive thing of the short fat man, it showed that the winter soldier assassinated tony Starks parents if I remember correctly.
