Has it been mentioned what happened in the first Avengers movie?
The council sent a nuke to destroy Manhattan. IM intercepted the nuke and used it to destroy the Chitauri saving the lives of millions of innocent people.
Yet now Stark wants to trust the same government to oversee the?
Makes no sense.

I think he also realizes that he needs someone to control him as well. As in the first IM movie, he was nearly killed by his weapons that were sold on the black market. The second Avengers movie happened b/c something he created went live and rogue.

Let's not go that Far. Hulk's strength is near infinite essentially. And people who are near Hulk's class are Thor, Hyperion, Gladiator, Captain Marvel, Hercules, The Thing, Juggernaut, etc. Spider-Man is not in that group. That's where most Galactic powerhouses Heroes sit.

Ok now i think this is a joke. He has Spider-sense which makes him seem fast but in "physical speed" he's behind a plethora of characters - Quicksilver, Silver Surfer, Hyperion, Gladiator, Torch, Speedball, Cannonball, Nova, etc.

Him being borderline as strong as the Hulk is also a joke! LOL Spidey has the strength of a spider as if that spider was the size of a human. Spiders are already super strong for their size like ants, so his strength is incredible of course, but no where near the Hulk or The Thing or Colossus.

Just rewatched this movie for the first time and it is and was amazing. Possibly my favorite super hero film.

Spiderman and his Empire Strikes Back quote and plan

Spider-Man and Black Panther were fantastic.

Marvel has been doing so well it's awesome to see Spidey back at home.

The battle scene on the roof between the two sides was great. Spiderman and Antman were hilarious, black panther was bad arse, it was just really well done.

The Russo brothers really knocked it out the park in every way. Story, pacing, action scenes, characters, plot. All awesome. They went back and forth from comedy to action to drama damn neat seamlessly. It was just amazing.

Cannot wait to see how they continue to direct this franchise.

Maybe they'll bring Ultron back and do him justice.

That's the great thing about Marvel, they listen to the fans, take risks, switch directors, and anchor their movies in the things that made the comics great.
