Watching Caddyshack: The Inside Story (found it flipping channels) and the chick with the Irish accent was the mayor's daughter with the stuffed bra in Animal House.

This was made in 2009 and Cindy Morgan was still looking pretty fit and fine.

They talk about how much Murray and Chevy improvised their scenes. For instance, during the massage scene she had no idea Chevy was going to dump the oil on her back.

She only made a couple of low budget movies outside of Animal House and Caddyshack. Caddyshack was her last movie. She retired from movies at 20 after acting for two years.

I wonder if she was found by Doug Kenney or one of the other Lampoon people who were with Animal House and Caddyshack.

ETA: A few creepy photos of her hanging out on the set of Caddyshack with Bryan Doyle Murray. He might be the connection.
