What are you looking for? What have you already seen and liked/disliked?

Assuming you have seen all the ones that have run forever like Wicked, Moulin Rouge, Hamilton, The Lion King, and MJ the Musical, I would suggest SIX, The Great Gatsby, Death Becomes Her, or Stranger Things. The last one may be the most fitting for the average MTV poster.

ETA Stranger Things is a prequel to the TV show

Fellow theatre nerd here. (?)

We saw Beetlejuice the last time we were in NYC. It was fun. I see that Book of Mormon is showing. It was hilarious

I assume newer stuff like Six is all booked.

Broadway shows are usually great if the material and cast is solid. and they are not “gay”.

Broadway is always entertaining and provides shows that are not available locally.

Definitely go see “Hamilton”if you can. I’d also give “The Book of Mormon” and “Wicked”a shot. Their touring shows were good.

There is a
Tixx kiosk at Times Square that usually has last minute tickets.

Buena Vista Social Club. Fabulous Latin music celebration.

Death Becomes Her was not bad
