i'm not sure it has been mentioned, but i am rewatching the episode and i noticed walt finds a walt whitman book in the box he unpacks when he's moving back in with skylar.

wonder if hank may stumble onto the book and tie him to gale

I know Carson, you love Walt and Jesse and you'd gladly let them cook in your house and not lose any sleep over it.

And besides, who cares, ...

So what's Skyler's best play? I say she needs to go back to her divorce lawyer, get a consult with a criminal defense lawyer , and offer up Walt on a silver platter in exchange for a reduced sentence.

This is what she should do. She should go to Gomez, though, and not Hank. Perhaps she could make an anonymous tip to the DEA or APD.

I've said all along since the end of last season that she was going to rat Walt out. And the extreme hate for her, doesn't that really mean good writing and acting?

I'm not too fond of Walt at this point, either, but they'll have him do something to change our our minds again -

probably - they'll have Heisenberg come back in the next episode with his hat & the head shaving has to be a prelude to a wild scene in the making!

Of course, Walt picked that name in reference to Werner Heisenberg, the German theoretical physicist, who by the way died of cancer

in his home

after doing time in prison.

Isn't Walt the one who told Hank that the WW in Gayle's notes was Walt Whitman. If so, then Hank already knows Walt knows Whitman.

But yes, the scene did stick out. Don't know if it was in reference to past events or foreshadowing.

Yes, that was a great tense scene.

There's been numerous occasions in the series when it seems like Hank is about to bust Walt.

I'm not convinced that the finale will close this story like everyone expects. I think Walt and Jesse will still be standing at the finale.

One of the best scenes of the series IMO. Really was the beginning of Walt's transformation - powerful scene.

Does anyone else really think that this may be one of the best shows to be on TV, ever? The way the plot has unfolded and the character developments and the fact that it's ending at the right time? Gilligan

Right here. Could potentially top The Wire in my mind.

It's definitely up there for me. It has just been so consistent throughout every season
