they never gave walt his proper respect for his contribution to the company, why is it so infuriating now?

I don't think he's going after Elliot and Jessica. They just gave him the impetus to go back and take care of unfinished business.

Great episode. Not sure what people are expecting as far as 'resolution' goes. We all knew Walt was going to go back to New Mexico and gun some people down. There isn't going to be some happy ending. Walt will blow some people away, probably end up losing all of his money (which doesn't even matter now since his family hates him), and all of this will have been for nothing.

Music at the end was fricking sweet!

Because its public. They straight out said, "only thing he had to do with GM was the name"

the episode absolutely resolved some shite
we now completely understand the motivation and what happened exactly before that opening scene of season 5.
We're all caught up. Now it's go time

It all points back to grey matter and Walts Ego

Walt is going to blow everything to pieces but his condition has deteriorated 10x's.
His son telling him that had to be heart breaking. Breakfast was always so weak.

I agree. It was slow, but it filled plot holes from the flashbacks. It has set up and epic finale.

Exactly what I was thinking...how could someone not think that the episode resolved pretty much everything!?!?!

So many things to tie up in 60 minutes.
It's a 75 minute finale. Like tonight's episode. Which was brilliant. Fantastic job building tension and laying the ground work for what should be a hell of an episode next week.

Walts only thing left was his claim to Grey Matter. Family is gone. Money is gone. Drug empire is gone. Social interaction is gone.
And those two took it away, and we know from previous comments that he has never gotten over not bei g part of their billion dollar party.

Walt went running and quickly lost his motivation. Elliott brought it back. Now Walt's going back and is pissed at Jack and his guys and Gray Matter. Should make for a thrilling 75 minutes next week.
Walt is going to hit five stars in GTA: Albuquerque next week.

I think some people have unrealistic expectations as far as how all of this will end.

This just set up an epic finale... wtf did you all want? shite to drag along for 2 episodes. We couldn't have 3 straight episodes of "taken" going down. That's not why this is a good show. Thisshow told us that walt is never coming back. Saul and andrea are gone.
