I believe it actually states that you can never know position and momentum at the same time.
Regardless, I like your line of thiking here. The uncertainty in particle physics is most certainly a metaphor for Walt's life. Just as you can never fully know the position and direction of sub-atomic particles, you can never be sure of the same for any man's life.

sounds like the particle is Jesse.

This. I believe the reason why is that the act of measuring one would alter the other

In quantum mechanics, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle states that certain pairs of physical properties, like position and momentum, cannot both be known to arbitrary precision. That is, the more precisely one property is known, the less precisely the other can be known. This statement has been interpreted in two different ways. According to Heisenberg its meaning is that it is impossible to determine simultaneously both the position and velocity of an electron or any other particle with any great degree of accuracy or certainty. According to others (for instance Ballentine)[1] this is not a statement about the limitations of a researcher's ability to measure particular quantities of a system, but it is a statement about the nature of the system itself as described by the equations of quantum mechanics.

Was I the only one who laughed his arse off at the look of Walt's face and his tone of voice when Skyler asked him what he is doing?
"I'm talking with Ted!"

I though that was hilarious.

I am going to take the opportunity to use this as my reasoning for committing some heinous act.
Do you guys think the authorities will be Breaking Bad fans that will accept this excuse for my shortcomings?
I'll tell them a doctor and a prophet explained it to me.

I hope Walt & Jesse make up and go cook again before this season is over.
The past episodes that had them in the camper out in the middle of nowhere were definately off the chain.
How about Saul trying to calm Walter down by hooking him up with a new lady. He is a very persuasive man who, in the past, has helped him connect with other important people in his life.
How about Skyler catching Ted with some younger slut. That would bring a smile to my face.
Some of you smart guys need to help with this!

I hope so as well, but things aren't looking so good on that front. Jessie's going to become a problem that may have to be eliminated. Will he and Walt become competitors?

The camper thing's a bit sketchy now that Hank's on the move.

Possible, but will Walt buy Saul a new suit?

I think this may definitely happen eventually. Ted strikes me as a man-slut who likes banging office hotties. The TV Guide synopsis of the episode basically says that Skyler's not happy with her relationship w/Ted. Perhaps it's the classic "be careful what you wish for, you may get it" thing. Have you seen the "sneak peak" for the upcoming show? Perhaps Skyler may (or may not) have some remorse for her behavior towards Walt. Who knows?

Gus is going to go all out to get Walt cooking again and think that he will "hire" Walt to teach chemistry to other cooks in his organization. Walt loves chemistry and he loves to teach, so this would be right up his alley. Besides he's out of a job right now.
I hope Walt and Skyler make some semblance of reconciliation to reduce some of the drama on the show. I find it's gotten almost TOO confrontational. Also, after Ted and Skyler's latest bang session, Ted asked Skyler what happened between her and Walt. He made a comment about Walt being "Mr. Reliable" or something like that. Skyler kind of paused and pretty much told Ted to mind his own business.
Sooner or later Jessie's going to get pinched. C'mon! $400K for a house with no visible means of support? I wouldn't be surprised if his parents eventually tip-off the DEA to this transaction. They actually seem to hate the kid and I'm sure the DEA would like to know about the house.
Gus is going to cut Saul out of the "Walt Loop" and this will not make Mr. Goodman (or Jessie) too happy; he will no longer get a cut of Walt's product. Walt has become a lucrative car in Saul's gravy train.
That's all I can think of now. I'll add more if I think of anything else.

From the preview I saw last night. I think Walt was telling Jesse you will never work in this business again.

Without Gus, Jesse will have a hard time marketing his product. And I'm pretty sure Gus can arrange that no one will deal with Jesse.

I'm sure Gus can arrange to have Jessie feed the worms as well. Jessie's looks like he's getting very careless. This could be fatal. What if Jessie gets busted and agrees to rat-out "Heisenberg" to save his miserable behind?

It's fun trying to figure out what is going on in Vince's head. I can't recall a show that made me think so much and pay attention to everything possible.

Well put. I've never been so involved in a television show in all my 48 years. I like it because I can actually relate, both personally and professionally, to events and people on the show.

Jesse is a hothead he will do something stupid real soon, he always does, he has met Gus albeit stoned with Walt once before, already pissed that they gave him half, it wouldn't surprise me if he tried to confront that man at his place of business, Gus who always likes things under control might have his hand forced.
So with Hank already trackin his arse, it's only a question of who gets to him first, and can Walt save his arse again?
