Bo Burnham is super weird

He's hilarious but imagine how weird he just be IRL.
His new special the whole time I couldn't decide if he is legitimately depressed and insane, a comic genius, or both

Both. He's incredibly intelligent and perceptive. He skewers pop culture like no other. That special got shat on by a couple people here, but I thought it was fricking genius. The end of the show is one of the greatest bits of meta entertainment I've ever seen. All while shitting on Kanye.

where can I find word words words?
new one was great though and he is very talented, when he started singing the country song I though it was fake

I live how he doesn't give a shite about being offensive.
I'm sure SJW groups freaked out over his kill yourself song and calling himself a **** a bunch but he DGAF

His new special is the first one I've seen of his. If his previous ones were better than he's a prodigy. I couldn't imagine being that good/comfortable on stage at that age.

I've listened to several podcast interviews with him. He's a normal, but very intelligent, dude.
I also really can't decide if he's legit depressed or not. He might be. Most of the truly genius comics are.
His specials are my favorite. I might not bust a gut laughing the whole time, but I'm entertained throughout and he always makes me think deeper about something at the end of it all. I

He has said that his stage persona is an exaggeration. Or that it is the "performer version of himself". In that as a performer, if thats all he was, being liked IS a matter of life or death. But that he is not really super dark all the time outside of his show.

His last one is definitely better. Watch it right now

If you listen to his podcast with Pete Holmes he's a pretty normal guy

He doesn't offend just to offend. It's usually to make fun of the offenders, tbh. He's quite sympathetic to people pursuing social justice and people who get offended by things most others don't.

He's a very intelligent entertainer who borders on genius. End of discussion. No debate. He's incredibly talented and unique. There's no reason to wonder if he's "legit crazy" or "depressed".
It's an act, folks!
He's just a brilliant performer who deserves all the success coming to him.

Listen to him on You Made It Weird (both times) or on various interviews. He is depressed. He does have anxiety about his show. He doesn't like celebrity.
He admits that he plays those issues up on stage, but they're legitimate feelings he wrestles with. That's why this was probably his last comedy special.

Watch the episode of The Green Room with Paul Provenza that he's in. Shows him in a different setting than his comedy shows. He's weird, but not THAT weird. He's just as funny in normal conversation.

Just imagine how awkward that dude was in middle school

He reminds me of a mix between Dimitri Martin, Trey Parker, and Matt Stone
ETA: Just finished Make Happy. Legitimately one of the best comedy specials I've ever seen. Entertaining, funny, and kind of somber. That kid is a genius

Just watched the show and read an AMA he did yesterday. He said that he has never been depressed but does have bad anxiety that he has ended up using in his on stage persona. He says he plans to take a break from standup and write for other people.

I think he is really grounded.
He knows what he is doing, and why he is doing it and why he needs to do it, and why we need to hear it. That's the overlying message, in meta form. Then throw in the observations and satire and you have his act.
I like him. He's really open and honest.
