I would sum it up as Scarface meets the Sound of Music. I love it.

It really humanizes Escobar. He was a walking contradiction and would have been a genius in the straight business world

Hard to read when drunk. Can only watch two episodes in a row.

First series I watched on Netflix. All three seasons were strong. I started Mexico but knowing it was a true story I could not watch the American DEA agent get tortured to death. Abandoned it after two episodes.

Pablo was amazing and I started to root for him.
Cali cartel in S3 was good also.

I liked Mexico but wasnt a fan of Pena

Don't insult Narcos by comparing it to Scarface.

Narcos is what got me hooked on Netflix in the first place. The Pablo character was strangely like able even after blowing up the plane.

The show gets better without the Pablo crutch imo

Second half of season 2 drug on a little, but the other 3.5 seasons are perfection. Easily the best show on Netflix, and one of the best on TV/streaming right now.

Does Murphy make a reappearance in season 3?

I have no clue but I don’t think so. I know Netflix said season 2 is coming out in late 2019 so I’m guessing in October or around there.

Having a little trouble getting into Season 3. Not as intense and the characters don't pull you in as well. Anyone else agree?
