Honestly this makes a lot of sense for Michael, Brittney, and Taylor. They need to bring in Kyle and Alyssa as protection against Monte, Joseph, and Turner when the numbers get low.
I was confused why last week Kyle kept assuming Alyssa would go home if the veto wasn’t used. Was he scared to ask them to send Indy home because they’d question his loyalty to them?
It makes sense to have another girl they can use to influence Jasmine and Indy if they end up needing numbers.
I think Kyle should be pushing this and then he can see which way the wind blows between Michael and Monte and be good either way.

That and he had been pushing earlier that week to target Alyssa (I'm assuming because he didn't want to get into a showmance at that time and didn't know how much longer he could resist Alyssa's advances). So by the time he decided he would give in to Alyssa, it was kind of too late to try and push hard against what the rest of the alliance wanted.

He has been with Michael & Brittany. Ever since Michael took power as HOH, he told Alyssa to start building her relationship with Michael & Brittany, and then he has been pushing Michael & Brittany on the idea that Alyssa likes them a lot more than anyone else in their alliance so it's good to keep her around.
Alyssa's biggest issue right now is that Joseph is pushing hard for her to go next. Now, he is the only one that is really pushing hard, but he is non-stop with it. I think he is worried that Kyle will become closer to her, so he wants to nip it now (and he is right really). But now Michael, Brittany, Turner and of course Kyle definitely don't want her going next, Taylor really doesn't either but has got closer to Joseph so he might be able to sway her, and Monte would put her up but he isn't as hardcore as Joseph is.

Michael said that during his veto speech, he's going to say basically the same thing Daniel said to Taylor during his veto speech week 1. In that speech Daniel basically told Taylor that she needed to spend her time on the block thinking about how she had treated everyone that week. So Michael is going say the same thing to Daniel.

Kyle and Turner were talking when the feeds came back, and Kyle said Michael's speech was "epic". Hopefully it really is. But Daniel doesn't seem to phased by it though. He hasn't really said anything about that I've heard.
