I just pay for it. I'm not poor or a cheap bastard, and it's only like $6 per month or something.
ETA: It's well worth the money to just for the live feeds, but you are also getting all of CBS All Access along with it.

Watching the BB4 finale before the feeds come on. First night is always one of the best to watch (probably only bested by the post first live eviction night feeds). Have to put in a couple of hours.
