Definitely. You can't guarantee that Paulie & Nicole aren't the only returnees that are playing in the veto. What if it's those two against all Newbies?
You put up two Newbies, and replace whoever wins veto with another Newbie. It's a numbers game at this point.

3 returnees vote, 9 newbies. Makes no sense to expose a potential ally to a vote where we could easily lose to the majority. Short-sighted play by Nicole.
Surprised neither Paulie or Corey spoke up that Paul was spearheading eliminating the returnees.
Nominating Paul and Josea would be the best plan, following up with one of the inconsequential girls who is friendly should either take himself off.

No crap. Nicole should know better than this crap. All you have to worry about at this point in the game is numbers. You don't risk one of your numbers, when there are plenty of replacement numbers on the other side. Like I said above, you can't guarantee that the veto comp won't be 4 newbies against Nicole & Paulie. If Paulie stays on the block, then the newbies have the numbers to vote him out regardless of who she puts up against him.
