if you get to the end as a floater, and not winning any comps against, say, victor, who's won a ton, thats such an easy selling point to the jury. i know derek didnt win many comps, but he was also able to explain how he pulled strings on so many people. i dont think natalie would be able to sell that to the jury. her only chance at winning everything is to have some comp wins under her belt, if she had the opportunity to win one she needed to take it.

Didn't get to see last night's episode yet, but have the explained who gets to name a replacement nominee if someone comes down with the POV? I assume it will be like it was with the Roadkill nominees ... whichever co-HOH nominee comes down then they get to name the replacement nominee?

Definitely agree this was a bad HOH to win given the twists this week that we know about. The houseguests didn't know, and I still think it's dumb to throw a HOH this late in the season. Sure winning could put a target on your back, but if you don't have a target on your back by this point in the season, chances are you're not going to win anyway. Unless you're just gunning for 2nd place.

I disagree. This HOH is almost necessary to win if you're either Nat/James or Nicorey.
The house guests don't know what the Care Package is, but it seems almost assured to be going to either Victor or Paul.
If Nat or James didn't win HOH and Corey or Nicole did, then Nat and James would almost definitely be going up because Paul and Victor would be able to hold Corey at bay with the threat of putting Nicole up.
With three alliances of two and Co-HOHs, whichever group is left out of power is probably going to be on the block this week.
Granted, it is possible that if Victor wins Co-HOH that Natalie can still talk to Nicorey about voting out Paul, but I don't think she would take the chance of having James on the block when they can just coast by this week by agreeing with Victor.

But Nat and James suspect it's going to Corey based on the fact that Nicole won the last one. A primary reason for them going after Paul/Victor is that they think America wants them to team with Corey/Nicole (based on Nicole's previous package).

I am too. They showed all of her opening it, and even reading the card.
This will be interesting to see how Nat and Michelle work together. Nat is pretty dead set right now with going after Paul, but Michelle was saying yesterday or the day before she wanted to ride Vic & Paul's coattails to final 3. So it'll be interesting to see if Nat can change Michelle's mind.
