Welp, for some reason my dvr didn't record, but by reading this it looks like Paulie got evicted and now he basically has no competition to get back into the house. I don't know why I even watch this

Yep, it's stupid from a game/strategy standpoint. It basically punishes whoever sent the buy back winner out since their target is coming right back in to go after them.
