Night of the Living Dead (original version) is pretty cool.
Day of the Dead (1970s version) pretty good. It is funny seeing the shopping mall full of zombies wearing 1970's garb (bellbottoms etc.).
Dawn of the Dead and Land of the Dead- both pretty good.
George Romero has the zombie genre on lockdown.

Original Dawn of the Dead is my favorite. Land of the Dead was surprisingly good. The reimagined Day of the Dead with Nick Cannon is awful. Watch the living dead series for a more comedic style.

I guess I'm old school because I still think the original Night of the Living Dead is the best one.
This. No contest.

I think you mean the original Dawn of the Dead here, which was released in 1968...Day of the Dead was released in 1985.

Zombi was the name that Romero's original Dawn of the Dead was released as in Italy...
Zombi 2 was made by Dario Argento and released in Italy...Romero had nothing to do with it, but it was still marketed as a sequel.

I liked in Dawn of the Dead, the new one, where the guy was sniping the zombies outside the mall.

The title on the DVD that I bought from Barnes and Noble says Zombi 2. So I just kinda started referring to it that way.

I don't think Argento had anything to do with this either. This was directed by Lucio Fulci.

Dawn of The Dead (1968)
Then NOTDL, 28 Days Later, Shaun of the Dead, Day of the Dead,
I saw a great little low budget zombie movie that took place in a forest (made this decade with one of the guys from BSG) and it was really good. I think the title was "Severed." (Good for a low budget film)

I really enjoyed this, some really messed up stuff in it plus Nathan Fillion is absolutely hilarious in it.
