Goku and Chichi
What other couple have fans been able to watch grow from childhood crush. To married with a young family. Through the repeated death of her spouse. To their son growing up and leaving the nest. To growing old. Becoming grandparents and watching their grandchild grow.
We've been privileged to see Goku and Chichi's entire lives together.

Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
I will say that as I'm generally a hater of Lois Lane and Superman together but this showed me that rare and special way it could work. Usually Lois is always pining after Superman while treating Clark like shite and is generally a very self centered and selfish woman expecting Superman to get her out of whatever screw up she's in but this version is completely different as she's completely selfless and heroic and is smart enough for her own good.
Lois fell in love with a geeky and clumsy farm boy first in Clark Kent and then when he trusted her enough to reveal his secret to her, she then inspired him to become the worlds greatest hero it has ever known. I can't think of any relationship on TV that has had a bigger impact than that.
