Malibu Bikini Shop
It didn't even pretend to have a real story.
Just some guys install a two-way mirror at a Bikini Shop and that's your story.
Have time in Prison IRL (ala the Revenge of the Nerds spy camera) but this was just a gag in the movie. The movie was just T&A at the height of the 80s obsession for who could get more raunchy with just an R-rating.
It was so over-the-top...USA Up all Night fare if they could air it. Which they did, totally censored.

From imbd: "Set in 1965, four rowdy teenage guys travel to Tijuana, Mexico for a night of partying when they are joined by a heartbroken housewife who is in town seeking a quick divorce."
Jackie Earle Haley steals this movie IMO. The plot is three guys (plus one's brother) driving to Tiajuana all to party for sure but each has individual motives as well. A very young Tom Cruise is there to lose his virginity in a whorehouse. John Stockwell (the protagonist's best friend in Christine) is there to see the "Donkey Girl" show. Yes, a senorita getting fricked by a donkey on stage. (I think that qualifies as raunchy) And Jackie Earle Haley is there to buy Spanish Fly and have the seats reupholstered in his cherry '57 Chevy Bel Air convertible. Hijinks ensue.
And it has a riveting performance of this song:

Yes, indeed. Betsy Russell was smoking hot in Private School. I discovered that movie on basic cable at roughly age 13 and went over it on VHS tape like historians watch the Zapruder film.
