Any Raylon/Boyd convo
Yep any one in the series was good. All of them together, over what you see them go thru together, and apart, make it the best pairing of all-time.

Josie Wales: I reckon not. I got no place else to go.

Ten Bears: Then you will die.

Josie Wales: I came here to die with you. Or to live with you. Dying ain't so hard for men like you and me. It's living that's hard when all you've ever cared about has been butchered or raped. ...

George Hearst:
[to Cy Tolliver] The Sheriff recently put me on notice. He is vigilant of my possible transgressions.

Seth Bullock:
You sound drunk to me.

George Hearst:
Whom are you addressing?

Seth Bullock:
You. You sound drunk.

George Hearst:
Do I?

George Hearst:
Hmm. When I say, "Go f*** yourself, Sheriff," will you put that down to drunkenness or a high estimate of your athleticism?

Seth Bullock:
Did you just tell me, "F*** myself"?

I like some of the conversations on the phone between Eastwood and Malkovic in In The Line of Fire.

Gus McCrae and Blue Duck in the river. It’s amazing in the book and beautifully translated to the movie.
[Paraphrasing]
Gus—in his underwear —sitting on a rock in the river has Lori bring him his gun when they see Blue Duck approaching. “Hope you don’t mind the water cold, I don’t have time to warm it up for you.”

Blue Duck: “I like it wet.”

It’s just so cool, these are two men who know each other’s reputation due to their violent pasts but have never met. Great, tense scene between two deadly men.
May need to go watch it on YouTube as soon as I post this.

That’s good. The roof top scene in Spider-Man with Goblin is better though.

Optimus Prime and Megatron, original animated movie:

Megatron: [surprised] Prime!
Optimus Prime: One shall stand, one shall fall.
Megatron: Why throw away your life so recklessly?
Optimus Prime: That's a question you should ask yourself, Megatron.
