Best main villain in a comic book movie origin story

That's bizarrely specific, but I think Loki is an easy answer for this with Nicholson's Joker being the only competition.

Huh? If we're strictly talking Origin, it's unique and interesting. And regardless of impact, as a character he is still alright, particularly the whole father-theme with Tony.

I agree he was wasted, but if we are talking about the origin, he's up there.

Winter Soldier and Ultron were not in Origin movies.

I like Liev Schribers' sabertooth.

I'm holding high hopes for Tom Hardy's Venom.

I guesss it's somewhat lazy but that's how the Joker actually came to be. There's usually a little more to it.
