sooo i stumbled upon this movie on Netflix. it's a Turkish horror film basically summarized as 5 cops find themselves in a house of horrors that is basically Hell. some scenes are kind of like real scenes of that video clip from Event Horizon. it's sloppy (in more ways that one) but if you want to unwind, unplug, and watch some fricked up shite i highly recommend it
it's not great, but it does have a lot of atmosphere and rising tension before the final act

Oh, wow, it's on Netflix now? I saw that movie two years ago at SXSW and kind of forgot about it. I liked it. I'm not sure hey make a lot of movies like that in Turkey, either.

I enjoyed. Like you said, it has its misses, but it's a decent relax on a weekend afternoon type of movie if you're a horror fan.

i thought it was going to be more of a realistic "cult revealed" movie (i love movies/stories about cults)
sometimes it's good to watch movies that aren't happy or pretty

i read on wiki last night that it's something like the 8th or 10th turkish movie to get widespread release in the US so i bet neither of us know a whole lot about turkish cinema
