Probably rehashing old stuff that has already been discussed, but in the movie when old Biff takes the Dalorian back to 2015, wouldn't he have gone to the alternate 2015 where Biff is rich and powerful?
Wouldn't he have gone back to alternate 2015, which I guess would then have two Biffs in it?
I guess just a plot hole or departure from logic for the movie to keep going.

No. Marty eventually erased the alternate 1985. When the old Biff takes the Dalorian from 2015 to 1955 then he returns to the same 2015 he left and has a heart attack on the street the past was never changed. I know it's confusing as hell.

Can you explain T4, where it says Biff changes history so drastically that he would have died from a heart attack sometime in the 90s? I don't understand where they get that. And what the hell is the ripple effect?
ETA: Reading this BTTF timeline stuff, it sounds like, and I'm no time travel expert, that these "timelines" are essentially streams or dimensions, in space and time, that exists all independent on their own somewhere, but are not all experienced by the time travelers themselves, other than where they actually go to. That the time travelers like Marty and Doc experience wherever they travel to and from only.
I'm just thinking about space/time like a river that makes different streams that seperate every time you travel into the past and change stuff.
