Just got out.

I wasnt a big fan of the first one, but I think AoU was way better.

Whedon made this one feel more in line with the comics. The marvel universe felt more open with the cameos from other heroes, if that makes sense.

Great action. Didn't like some of the CGI in the beggining. Liked the story, though a little disappointed with Ultron.

Top three marvel movie right now, IMO

Also, I love the direction they are going from here.

I hate the direction Iron Man is headed. The guy has no remorse for his bad decisions and makes irrational choices all because (a stupid arse reason that I won't spoil). They need to redeem his character quick.

Good. Enjoyed it. Not as good as the first. Was expecting it to be a tad darker.

It was good but confusing to me personally. I need to see it again because I have to have missed something. I really like Vision and Andy Serkis's character. I thought Quicksilver worked pretty well. Th middle is really really slow. Since I've been working on editing recently, I've been paying attention to all that and there was a lot of filler. Definitely a movie you have to shut off your brain. I wouldn't say its a darker movie than the first avengers. It was just more serious which work r with some characters but not with others. Again, I think I missed something so my opinion might change a little.

That's not spoiler worthy at all. I didn't say what decisions he makes.

Is that what they're basing his character off of? I'm not familiar with him, but I like the Iron Man from the original movie and the first Avengers. The one who feels he has a responsibility to protect man kind and not spend his time on a beach. Not only that, but I know he's smarter than they are giving him credit for right now.

I liked about the same as the first one. Some really cool action scenes, but I was a bit disappointed in Ultron. He just continues the streak of crappy villains in the MCU.

I thought The Winter Soldier was a badass villain.

Wasn't flawless by any means, but man, I enjoyed it. I loved Spader as Ultron. Also some pretty funny lines sprinkled throughout. B

I watched the cam version this past weekend and after seeing it in theaters, it made much more sense and I picked up on a lot of the little things I missed.

It still felt a bit rushed and they could've explained a few things better, but I like it overall. Can't wait to see Klaw have a bigger role in Black Panther hopefully

And both showings were completely full and that's in a shitty theater in Natchitoches. Based off that, the opening weekend numbers should be massive

Fantastic movie! Loved that there were two objectives in the third act, stopping ultron AND saving as many people as possible. Cap really did feel like the leader this time around and he earned that title multiple times over. Hawkeye is guaranteed to be a new general audience favorite now as well.

Just got out.

I liked this much better then the first one. The first one was all flash and no substance (fun none-the-less). This one felt like it had a good story/plot.

I loved what they did with Hawkeye and I think he will end up being a favorite in this movie. I'm iffy with Ultron. Clearly he was a bad arse and Spader was perfect for the voice but I don't know, he seem far more evil in the comics.

This woman right here.

Serious bad arse.

I enjoyed it, but not as much as the first which I rank as the greatest popcorn flic ever.

This one had a lot more going on and I feel like I need to see it again to pick up on everything. My experience was tarnished big time, by 2 dipshit Asian teenage chics who yapped and giggled to each other the entire movie. And the one immediately beside me had her phone out 50% of the movie either texting or recording certain scenes on her camera phone. GD I have never been so pissed at a movie theater.

So, I need to see it again in a better environment to really draw a conclusion

I'm going to see it AVengers tonight and I'm just hoping it is somewhere on par with WS. WS is by far my favorite Marvel movie so far.

Don't go in expecting something this good. People like different things, but AoU is a middle of the row MCU movie, IMO. It's not bad, but it isn't on the WS level.

This movie was fun to watch but overall it sucked. Felt rushed and felt like you just had to know who some of these characters were and what their motivation was.

Still prefer winter soldier, gotg, and mos over this as my three favorite superhero movies so far.

um not really. In the comic right now he is still affected from a mind altering spell from the previous marvel event. He is more like Tony stark before iron man without empathy.

At least in the movie Tony Stark has good intentions.

Yea, I was gonna say that. We can go more into it when some more people have seen it and a thread gets made.

two completely different movies. Avengers is way more comic bookish. I still have WS and GotG ahead of it, though
