I only watched the first 3 or 4 seasons of Smallville, when they first came out, and I really enjoyed them....mostly because of the hot chicks. Arrow is probably better but when I watched the Smallvilles it was like 10 years ago so I don't remember everything about it.

I've been watching the reruns of Smallville for a few months now. TNT plays them at like 3 and 4 in the morning on weekdays. I started with the last ep of season 2 and am into season 9 now.
Arrow is way, way better.

I can firmly say that Arrow will never get the recognition it deserves because no serious critics will laud a comic book property on the CW network.
Great show though. Just got Season 1 in the mail from Amazon. If my DVR werent so loaded, I'd start it soon.

Yup, the show's stunt people didn't even get put up for an Emmy and this show has the best on TV by a large margin.

and Oliver quoting Solomon Grundy there at the end, very nice.
Ok.. so... who here thinks Shado shows up somehow at the end of this season, reanimated by Ra's, and takes down Slade for attacking the future father of her baby...?

id be a little disappointed by this. if this happens they are definitely over using the "return from the dead" card. deadshot, malcom, sarah, and then shado all in 2 seasons of a show? make death mean something.

That makes me wonder if they won't bring that juiced up bruiser back as Grundy similar to the way Marvel brought back Norman Osborn. It could be something like... the way the chemical works with his system put him into a death-like coma until it could heal his body, but at the cost of some of his mental faculties.

To be fair I would only really say they pulled the return from the dead card once with Malcolm, but I wasn't entirely sure he was dead in the first place.
Deadshot got shot in the ye, Sarah was only believed to be dead cause Oliver told us that but he obviously lied, and well yeah I kinda hope Shado stays dead.
