Agreed. Very lackluster after a strong midseason finale. We already know blood is bad so the ending isn't a big shock. Tonight didn't really move anything one besides Laurels story.

In the preview for next week's episode, they showed a guy with what looked kind of like a hockey mask. I wonder if that is Sport's Master.

I don't see them changing Death Stroke's or Blood's mask, and Gundy doesn't wear a mask (at least in the comics). So knowing how this show likes to use the lesser known DC characters it wouldn't surprise me if that was Sports Master, especially considering they have already established Huntress.

Idk much about the comics, but introducing another new villain? Don't they need to get rid of some first?
After the majority of this episode being about slade/shado or blood, I would think they need to bring back death stroke and narrow down what all us non-readers need to keep up with

I still need to watch the back half of last night's episode.
Looking at IOPP's pic, I see where yall are coming from with the Sportsmaster angle but that has to be Deathstroke. I wish they would've kept him in the island mask but that's not bad.

Yep, after looking at that still shot it looks like Deathstroke is changing his mask up a little (I didn't notice the half orange and grey color split during the preview). Although I don't know why considering his original mask he wore on the island more closely matches the one he is known for in the comics.

probably changed it to really differentiate him from his partner. we never got to see slade with the other mask on, so this will be more of his identity.

Did anyone else think Laurel looked strange last night? Like maybe she's lost too much weight in her face and is trying to hide it by gobbing the makeup on?

Decent episode. After the previous one, no way they could top it.
Nice plot device, putting Barry on ice until his series gets close.
The villain of the week was almost an afterthought.
Glad that the Blood thing is moving a little faster.
Wondering if Super-Roy will join the Ollie team, then lose his powers and have to be trained in weapons.
I assumed the guy in the previews for next week was Deathstroke. (But then, the half and half mask has appeared elsewhere in the series.)

she definitely lost too much weight. i thought that immediately after season 2 started. i binged watched season 1 to catch up so it was very noticeable. i almost thought they got a different actress.
eta: on another arrow chick note, i think its funny that the actresses that play felicity and thea are the same age but play characters pretty far apart in age

Isn't she going down the "drug addict spiral" or whatever? Maybe that's why she looked so skinny. She really outta be ashamed, stealing her fathers pain pills and all.
