Definitely a much better episode than last week. I can't imagine it getting any worse than last week's episode. Holy crap was it bad.

Hahahah. Last week has a 6.6 rating on IMDb. That's freaking terrible. This week has a 7.7 with only 55 votes. That's terrible as well.

I don't care if it does or doesn't, just get it over with and quit making it the central theme of each episode.
You want the love drama shite, fine. Just have it as something minor and quit making Oliver appear to be a pussy about it.
Outside of Dahrk, i don't remember a villain on this show the last few episodes, besides the Cupid girl, and that was just to fuel the love/drama crap.

I quit about 5 episodes into the season. Sounds like it only got worse from there. Unbelieveable the nose dive this show has taken.
How would you "fix" the show? I would do some combination of the following ideas:
1) Have Thea either go fully against Oliver or more of a "Red Hood-esque" character, where she isnt against him or with him, but will fight him if he gets in her way. Gives her more purpose and conflict.
2) Have Diggle lose his family due to some degree because of Oliver. He then commits to the task force to bring in Green Arrow
3) Felicity either dies or kills their relationship. Perhaps her and Oliver's son from the multiverse comes in as a villain and the two realize they cannot be together because of what could happen.
4) slowly and organically grow oliver and laurel's relationship again.
Oliver needs more blood on his hands, which made season 2 so great. His band of brothers needs to have a permanent change in some way to create better, organic conflict that's rooted in the show. What ya got?

What I have a problem with is the group-think operating on these Arrow threads, which has collectively decided they are unhappy with "Olicity" as a continuing part of the show for now. And like petulant children with pouty lips, this silly bunch is willing to condemn the entire series, quit watching, and whine about it, ad nauseum.
Why don't you grow up people? If you don't like the show anymore, fine. But shut up already, so the rest of us can go on enjoying the show and the great characterizations.
