She needs to get laid, that's all. If Ollie or Palmer won't step up, I'll take one for the team.

You'd think she'd be able to figure out as both were gone for a month and reappeared on the same day.

automatic weapons is to use their firing capabilities as opposed to using them like clubs. Perhaps Brick was running low on bullets.

That was stupid.

I was thinking, you have machine guns, they have 2x4's, why are you charging them and fighting hand to hand?

They learned it from Nolan and TDKR.

I thought them showing her watching the news report was to show her seeing that Malcolm didn't kill Brick. But on a side note, if Lance can figure out that Roy is Arsenal, then I'm guessing he knows that Oliver is the Arrow.

Wildcat didn't die, just got his arse beat.

That was kind of lame having a gang with automatic guns not use them. But I understand why the writers couldn't just have the gang members mow down the citizens. And having the Arrow standing on top of a car, making that speech while the cops were cuffing the bad guys was pretty cheesy also.

And I agree that Felicity needs to get off her high horse. She doesn't have a clue at the hell Ra's can rain down on Oliver and everyone around him. But did Malcolm really have enough time studying under Ra's to surpass him, or to train someone else to surpass him for that matter. He had what, 5 years with the League. If Malcolm does train Oliver, and tries to turn a new leaf, then I don't see him making it out of this season alive. I don't see them being able to keep a "good guy" Malcolm around long term. I wish they'd have Malcolm betray Oliver in the end, but I doubt they do it.

Maybe there's a rule that whoever kills Ras takes over the league and Merlyn will use Ollie to mortally wound him and Merlyn comes in and kills Ras. Thus having been using Ollie all along. Can this be a crackpot thread?

With they path they appear to be putting Malcolm on, I just have a feeling that the writers are going to have him eventually sacrifice himself for Thea. I hope they don't go that route, but it wouldn't surprise me at this point.

Felicity does need to get off her high horse. Ra's Al Ghul just kicked Oliver's arse. She has to know that Ra's Al Ghul will eventually find out that Oliver isn't dead and that he will be out for blood.

He needs to learn how to beat him and Malcolm is the only person he knows who is capable and willing to teach him.

And I always wondered how Malcolm got named Magician by the League. Come to find out it's because he pulled the ole coin out of the ear trick on little girl Nyssa.

You'd think so, but why wouldn't he say anything? Then again, maybe he did know since season 1 and that was the reason for the vendetta against him the whole time.

I don't mind Felicity being mad here. At least she kinda makes sense unlike Laurel being a bitch in season 2 and Thea in season 1.

Makes sense. I wouldn't mind that. Also kinda allows Merlyn to atone for his sins.

And looks like we may be finally close to Lance finding out about Sara. Worst storyline of the season

another solid episode of them dealing with all the characters in a very balanced way.

so malcolm drops the student/teacher line and then they immediately flashback to nyssa. maybe theres something there? i believe she will be heavily involved in this. perhaps as bamatab suggest, malcolm sacrifices himself, only for nyssa to kill him and take over the LoA. either way, i see her taking over it and having this weird connection with oliver now.

i liked how Cap Lance immediately calls Roy out. the "drawing names out of a hat" line made me laugh. he clearly doesnt know oliver is arrow though. him and the laurel showdown will be interesting.

so i had no problem with felicitys reaction. she literally spilled how she felt minutes before that scene took place. and all her points were very valid. i thought it was a solid way to transition her away from the "ollicity" storyline and let her grow more as a character. oliver is choosing to team with the devil. not everyone is nor should be cool with that.

another solid episode
