We all know that the dream Roy had of killing Sara isnt real. If it was real then Roy would have done his customary parkour flip before throwing those arrows into Sara.

Maybe its traditional to pick a ninja warrior stunt and do it for you first year of crime fighting. Notice how Ollie hasn't salmon laddered since season 1.

I still don't see why they had him throwing the arrows instead of using a bow. Those would have to be some pretty darn heavy arrows to generate enough speed to go as deep into her as they did. Just seemed a little unnecessary to me, like Roy's flip over to car before Nyssa darted his arse.

Yeah, I bet it turns out that it is his subconscious trying to deal with killing that cop while he was raging on the Mirakuru or some crap like that.
On another note, surely the OMAC drawings that Ray found and the Brother Eye virus will be linked at some point in the series, right? That couldn't just be some easter egg stuff they threw in there (at least I hope not).

it was an alright episode. im enjoying how much they seem to be focusing on making Laurels transition as believable as possible. she has fricked up again and is now realizing she cant just jump right into that vengeance role as she thought she could.
i thought thea's story started strong but seems to be just spinning its wheels now.
good theory on maxwell lord being felicitys dad. certainly fits the role.
we all know the roy dream is a giant misdirection. going to be a pretty lame plot device imo.
random thought: if flash and arrow crossover together on episodes 8 respectively, will arrow have to take a week break so flash can catch up? or will the flash crossover happen on episode 7 now? just seems they messed with the scheduling for no reason.

I don't know. I think them showing Malcolm staking out her new pad and spying on her & Oliver was a a decent "place holder" for that plot point in that episode. I mean, they might be going to try and stretch it out for a few more episodes (maybe until after the crossover episode), so I'm thinking they may continue to slow play it a bit.

Agreed. Seems an unnecessary way to give Roy a story line for this season, unless they are actually going to tie it to something significant other than just PTSD from killing the cop in his Mirakuru rage.

Hopefully they had already planned for it since it wasn't like the mid-term elections just snuck up out of nowhere. But it wouldn't surprise me if they give Arrow a week off if needed so that Flash can catch up. But if they do go that route, then I agree with you that they just messed with it for no good reason.
